  1. How quickly will the goods arrive?
    Lineashop.ee sends parcels to Omniva, Itella and DPD parcel terminals across Eesti. In Finland, delivery is performed by Itella. We mail parcels on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The speed of delivery depends on when the transfer was received in the account of Lineashop.ee. Average delivery time for parcels in Estonia is 3-5 working days, and up to 6 working days in Finland.
  2. When does the product expire?
    The validity and safety of the product is clarified by Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on Cosmetic Products, which regulates the safety and labelling of cosmetic products. Cosmetics products with an expiry date that is longer than 30 days are marked with the symbol of an open cream jar. The number marked inside the cream jar symbol indicates the safe period of use of the product in months following the opening of the product packaging. In the case of cosmetics products with a preservation period of less than 30 months, the shelf life for the product shall be indicated.
  3. How to return the product?
    The consumer’s right of return is prescribed by legislation and is not unique to ordering from the Lineashop.ee webshop. A 14 day right of return, starting from the date of receipt, applies to items purchased. The right of return has been established in order to ensure that the received goods conform to what was ordered. Pursuant to legislation, the returned goods must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. More detailed information regarding the right of return can be found in Right of Return, the chapter on the terms and conditions of sale. The above restrictions do not apply to defective goods. The procedure for handling defective goods is prescribed in the Procedure for Submitting Claims, the chapter on the terms and conditions of sale.
  4. Can I pick up goods ordered from the Internet in person?
    Yes, products can be picked up in person from Tõnismägi, Tallinn. We ask that you please write to us and make an appointment.
  5. What should I do if I am dissatisfied with the product?
    Please write to us at info@lineashop.ee with any concerns you might have, and we will try our best to resolve the situation at the first available opportunity. We answer all letters within 48 hours.
  6. How should I select a product for myself?
