• Select a suitable product – if necessary, test which series suits you the best over a certain period of time and even alternate between them, if you want.
  • Spread the shampoo as broadly as possible over your scalp, not in one place – by doing so, you will ensure that you clean your entire scalp.
  • If necessary, dilute thicker consistency shampoos with water, so that it distributes evenly (certain dosage bottles are available to help you do so).
  • Shampoo must be rinsed out thoroughly!
  • When you are using hair cream as a balsam, don’t apply it to the roots. When preparing a mask, try to cover all of your hair thoroughly with the cream – keep on your head for 10-15 minutes. You can also cover your head with a towel during that time. Rinse!
  • When using mineral salt ampoules, proceed in the same way as when preparing a mask.
  • Make masks based on the dryness/frizziness of your hair (hair that is not very dry – a couple of times a month; very dry hair – at least once a week).
  • Ampoules are mainly applied to the scalp, with the remainder being applied to the hair. Except for Linseed Oil ampoules – since it is an oil, we recommend that you do not apply it to the roots, unless your hair is extremely dry.
  • Prior to blow drying your hair, apply heat protection to damp hair and ALWAYS blow cold air over your hair once you are finished blow drying (removes most of the frizziness from the hair).
  • If you don’t blow dry, but instead straighten your hair when drying, use heat protection!
  • In the case of dry ends, moisten with Argan Oil – after heat treatment spread a few drops onto the palm of your hand (sufficient quantity – depending on the length of your hair) and apply to the ends of your hair.
  • If you visit a hairdresser to have your hair evened/cut, then please choose one that is dependable, whose scissors are always sharp and renewed in a timely manner (it is important that the scissors are not dull, otherwise the ends will remain broken).
  • If you colour your hair or plan to do so, then please do so at a good and dependable hair dresser’s, whom you know is using quality hair colour. A good hair colour does not fade as quickly and stays on the head longer, which means you will have to colour it less often and therefore damage it less. When colouring your hair at home, it is inevitable that you might damage your new hair, and in that case it pays to consider that even a quality hair care product will not help promote and accelerate hair growth.
  • In the name of results and healthy hair, be CONSISTENT in your use! The time required to reach healthy hair depends on the initial state of the hair, but miracles do not happen overnight even with very good hair care products.
  • Always use a high quality hairbrush!
  • Love yourself and your hair! If you shine on the inside, you will also shine on the outside.
